have been many researches and through the results it has been found when the
body is under a diet the body requires some amount of calorie for the body to
function every day. Obviously there is nothing better than food can help in
retaining the lost calories. So if the body does not get the required amount of
nutrients the body breaks up the energy stored in fat and muscle and uses it to
survive. It has been found that a diet that promotes more than a two-pound per
week weight loss uses the energy from the muscles and makes use of the same
energy at a rapid rate. So, the lesser the body uses or loses weight the lesser
amount of energy gets used thus storing the needed energy in the muscles and
making a store of the needed nutrients too.

immediate weight loss. So, basically yo-yo diet plan is just like a vicious
circle which is continuous and the fast way to weight gain and even weight
loss. Obviously, here the duty lies in maintaining the lost weight which not
many follow it. Hence the entire diet process is referred to as yo-yo dieting. And
the weight fluctuates up and down just like a yo-yo thus comes the name yo-yo
dieting for weight loss.
